The Inverter Drive Systems team of field service engineers can install and commission all equipment we supply rapidly and cost effectively. Whether it is a new application or retrofit, our engineers have the training and expertise to see the project through from supply to completion.
IDS' certified Service Engineers will install, setup and commission our equipment in accordance with the applications requirements, they will ensure that the control is optimised, as well as to instruct the user on how to operate the system.
All start-up information and the production parameters are saved, documented, stored securely and backed up, should the engineer need to restore any information at a later date.
Complete Operation and Maintenance Manuals are produced and supplied with all contracts ensuring you have all the required information at hand.
Upgrades & Retrofits
IDS upgrade older control systems such as:
- Obsolete inverters or soft starts
- Old dc drives
- Outdated variable speed technology like eddy current drives, Schrage motors, variable speed gearboxes and variators
