Installation And Commissioning

The Intverter Drive Systems team of fully ABB trained field service engineers install and commission all equipment we supply rapidly, cost effectively and correctly. This can be new installations, retrofits and breakdowns.

Service and Repair

IDS and ABB recommend that inverters are regularly serviced and maintained to ensure reliable operation and optimized performance. We offer cost-effective service contracts taylored to suit each customer which includes a guarteened response time in case of breakdown.

We also offer a maintenace and reppair service and we carry a range of spares to support this.

Bespoke Training

At IDS we have dedicated training facilities including hands-on ‘demo kits’. This training is available to cover all aspects of our products. This ensures that our customers understand the products and can get the most from them. The training can be carried out at our facility in Ilkeston, Derbyshire; on our customers’ sites; or at ABB headquarters at Daresbury, Cheshire.
