For example, in the case study above, we could utilise a PID sensor into the inverter on the Glycol Pumps. Which will measure the temperature of the return Glycol temperature and allow the pump to slow down when there is less chilling required, thereby saving energy and putting less heat into the Glycol circuit during times of load chilling load.
