The IDS Service Contract is bespoke to you and your inverter(s). It entails maintaining the inverters in accordance with the recommended maintenance schedules from ABB. Using ABB PM (planned maintenance) kits to replace the few components that need periodic replacement. Our commitment to you is a 4 hour response time with a 24/7 technical advice line and a substantial Hire Drive range, which we can use to get your applications running if your drive needs to be repaired. Included in the Service contract is the storage of your maintenance reports and parameters.
